Marshall & Danaher Partners is a debt capital introduction practice. We work on a small number of mandates at once, by design.
We exist to solve a specific, narrow problem: companies that need $50–100M in debt rarely know every lender who could provide it, and lenders in this range rarely see every borrower who would be a fit. We sit between the two, and we take that position seriously.
Our approach is built on three commitments. First, confidentiality — a company's capital needs are not public information until it chooses to make them so, and we treat every mandate accordingly. Second, fit over speed — we would rather bring a borrower to the right three lenders than the fastest ten. Third, follow-through — we stay engaged from first introduction through to close, not just the handshake in between.
We work across sectors. The common thread across every mandate we take on is ticket size, and a genuine readiness to move.
Our view is a simple one: capital introduction is a trust business before it is a transaction business.
No mandate, borrower, or investor relationship is discussed outside the parties directly involved, unless we are explicitly authorized to do so.
We take on a limited number of mandates at any time, so that each receives direct, senior attention rather than being run through a process.
We are compensated on successful placement. Our interest is in a facility that closes and holds, not simply an introduction made.
